[V8] Amperage of fusible link for radiator fan??

Hi guys
 
Like some other people on the list, my 90 V8 is having overheating problems. The radiator cooling fan doesn't come on at all. I traced the wires from the fan back to a black box on the driver's side, opened it and found that the fuse(?) - a flat stip of metal is broken. I was looking to replace and hopefully fix the problem. The question I have is the following:
 
1.Any particular name for this thing? 
2.Is it and Audi dealer part? Pep boys had something similar but for Honda's
3. What is the amperage? my guess is 65 Amps.
4. Where is this referenced in the Service/Repair Manual? I couldn't locate it in the manual.
