[V8] brake upgrade options

Anyway Jeremy, I did the System 3 BIRA setup after stumbling across a
set of used 996 calipers for $200.  It's worth a call to Porsche salvage
yards and to consult your local PCA chapter for people w/ ones left over
from 993tt upgrades.  BIRA adapters = ~$250 and Euro A8 rotors are a
couple hundo -- various lines are available too.

That said, the A8/TT setup would probably be just as competent unless
you really heat 'em up.  For me, I wanted the look (not too proud to
admit it) and the extra fade protection, especially in the wet (where
the BIRA is significantly better than the G60s).
