[V8] Anybody Know This Car?

Friend of mine at work bought a 1990 V8, black-black, on the IL side of the
St Louis area.  He didn't know what the car was, but liked it.  I had a
quick look, and it turns out the car has ur-S4 wheels and relayed euro
lights.  He says there are some issues w/ the lights.  Right C-pillar trim
piece is detached, and some peeling paint on the front bumper cover.
