[V8] More Clear Blinker Talk...

Too rainy to work on the V8 last weekend, but had a break in the weather
this afternoon when I got home form work.  I installed the clear
blinkers last week with the clear bulbs that were in the OEM Orange
Blinkers.  I had bought orange bulbs from Bruce @ AudiConnection, but
don't care for the look of orange bulbs unlit in clear lenses...  I had
two options - expensive chrome bulbs ($20 or so per set x2, look
metallic but light up orange) or high temp silver spray paint.  I went
for what's behind door #2! ;-)

BTW, it has been brought to my attention that Paul is now offering
smoked front blinkers on his site:

AC doesn't list the smoked front blinkers yet, but they do offer the
clear front and the smoked tail lights for a substantial cost savings.
