Only if the green stuff is NOS from the 1960's.  Check the Qlist
archives, the topic was beaten to death a while back, nice write up by a
Chemist in thread somewhere.  Good quality "green stuff" like Prestone is
just fine, if it wasn't,  I'm sure I would have noticed something in the
10+ years my V8Q and the 17+ years my 5KS has been running on the stuff. 
No matter what you decide to use, the important thing is to change the
coolant every year or two.
