[V8] window issue

In regards to what Dan Hussey was talking about with the Window problem.

I have tested alot with a volt meter and come up with some really
strange results. Here is the deal, Pulling the wires that go to the
regulator and testing them I get 11.89+ and 11.89- but when under load
it does not go up and down I get power.

Here is the odd part. If I reverse the leads on the regulator it goes up
and down by using the down button. The problem is that if I use the up
button while reversed leads it wont go down. So I am getting power to
both leads unless under load. This is very confusing. So I get power but
under load it does nothing it seems... does anybody have any ideas?
