[V8] viscous fan removal

That is another can of worms.  But to answer your question, the first 
speed on the electric fan works under the direction of the Climate 
control.  Even before I replaced the radiator, I was not able to bring 
in the next two speeds when the temp guage was between 110 and 120.  
So, I know I have an issue with the electric fan.  However, when the 
radiator was fresh, the cooling system worked much better, meaning it 
stayed below 100 when the weather wasn't helping.  The radiator needs a 
flush 2 years later, but I doubt that would cause the rising temps.  So 
I am thinking it must be the viscous fan clutch.

I need another "roundtoit" for the electric fan puzzle.
