[V8] Valve or Timing Belt Rattle?

If you live anywhere near Virginia, I'd take it to Keith at Audiconnection. 
Otherwise, it could be any number of things.

There is no adjustment for the valves on the V8. The plastic friction block 
is the little black thing(delrin) that is about $40 from the dealer. It 
looks like a fairly small but thick plastic washer. I believe there was a 
discussion a few weeks ago about this. It is the "friction pad" listed on 
the audiconnection site.

I would be a bit concerned, especially if it is getting noticably worse.
