[V8] Noise from the motor

My '91 3.6 has this noise too.  It has become more pronounced slowly
over time (about 5 years).  My car had the dreaded t-belt catastrophe
at about 85k prior to my ownership.  New t-belt and properly timed
cams at about 125k didn't seem to affect.  Only at warm idle.
