I suppose so, considering how easy it is to remove the bumper ;-)
Which reminds, me. If you are keeping the stock headlights, over time they
develop a film on the inside. When you remove them, you can clean this film
off by mixing warm water and Windex and with the headlights facing down,
pour the mixture (1/2 -1 cup_ through the bulb hole and slosh the mixture
around, making sure to rinse a few times and air dry (blow-dryer works
well). They will be like new. Don't believe me?
