[V8] 1990 V8 Serious Steering Control Issues

Both jobs of which would probably be facilitated by getting all required
parts first, including new fasteners/hangers/etc. and taking the time to
explain their importance to the tech.   And then standing there to watch
the job be done completely (taking postion of the oft-scorned "fender
buzzard").

Which brings me to the important part:  tell them as you stand there
that the last two places who did similar work on this particular car
caused more damage than repair, and though you believe that this place
is different, they'll please forgive you for your extra interest...
