Depends...

Most email readers have the ability to "word wrap", so
when a long line of text reaches the edge of the window,
it automatically wraps onto the next line. Look under
the "Options" menu for your mail handler.

If it is just your posts appearing that way on the list,
you might want to manually enter a "new line" in your
posts by hitting the enter key at the appropriate point.
You email reader should also be able to do that for you
automatically.
