[V8] Wheel offset vs UFO clearance

UFO clearance has more to do with the design of the wheel than the  offset. 
The only way to know for sure without a clearance template for a  particular 
wheel is to fit it up and see if it clears. 
 
 Ingo is correct in one way though.... a larger offset number moves  the 
wheel closer to the steering arm. But in this case....a 7.5" 40 offset its  not 
enough to make a difference.
