[V8] Wheel offset vs UFO clearance

Thanks for the help Keith. I found a good deal at www.cheapwheels.com. $350 US for a set of (4) 16" aftermarket alloys which will actually come with an Audi symbol center cap. $30 for extra hardware, including bolts, but free shipping. Hopefully they won't require spacers given that I'm running UFOs. I still can't get over how inexpensive new rims can be these days.

wheel is to fit it up and see if it clears.
Ingo is correct in one way though.... a larger offset number moves the
wheel closer to the steering arm. But in this case....a 7.5" 40 offset its not
enough to make a difference.
