IME. I know what you're talking about with TFA ... it is difficult to
make sense of the seat area, but there are separate slides for the
Barcolounger and sport seat bottoms ... when you find the one for the
sport seat the part number for the foam insert is clearly called out.

that holds the bolster in place breaks through the foam. It is
difficult to explain without seeing. The factory part has a thin layer
of a fibrous sheet which is obviously intended to spread the load better
throughout the part, but eventually the seat frame breaks through this.
Whenever I have to go in to do this again I think I'll see if I can't
get a bit more robust support in there. It might even help to use a
thin layer of foam sheet on the rail to spread things out a bit more.
