[V8] Easy out EZ out Bolt remover WAS: TB cover

Ha!  Funny thing is I was helping a local guy here with his Coupe q that had
the inner allen head screws stripped for the rear brake carriers.  These
were what I used (though I didn't even think about using them with my impact
wrench at the time), and they did a marvelous job.  But they're $60 now for
that set.  C'mon Craftsman Club -- when's the next special ;-)  Even so, I
highly recommend them, regardless of price.  How much is your time worth?
