[V8] Anyone got Ned's chip?

I've been running it for years.  Noticed a significant improvement in engine
response with it--feels like more torque beginning just under 3000 rpm.

 

Can't attribute any problems to it.  Intermittent lift-throttle miss a while
ago was cured with an O2 sensor, and just recently I'm having idle speed
issues (intermittently hangs high, resets when turning engine off).
