Does hitting the door lock open the windows?

Sorry, I had to.  That's odd behavior. I'd check inside
the rubber boot between the driver's door and the door
jamb. Look for broken wires. It is unlikely, but maybe a
broken wire from the window switch is in contact with
the wire to the door lock.
