IC -- I think just pulling the cluster and cleaning the
contacts and treating them with something like DeOxit or
Stabilant-22 should do it.

Bose -- I don't know about a repair vendor, but my preference
would be to replace the entire system with a good CD-player
head unit that will accept an auxiliary input on the front
(for an iPod or MP3 player), new speakers, and a separate amp.

Fluids -- Winter is coming, so I'd do the antifreeze first,
followed by brake fluid, then the transmission fluid.
