[V8] Euro headlight wiring diagrahm

The idea of relaying the headlight circuit is that the stock wiring from
the switch then only gets used to trigger the relays. The relays get
their power more directly from the alternator through a heavy fused wire
and send it on to the headlights. Power doesn't have to go through the
switch that way.
