[V8] wiring and relaying for Euros

When I had the euros installed in my V8, I had separate relays for both high
and low beams, and never had a lick of trouble with the switching, nor the
headlamp warning signal.

When I had the euros installed my '89 200 Avant, I had it done by the
dealer, and stood there and watched the mechanic complete the job. We used
separate relays for each headlight, both high and low beam, so we used four
relays. Worked great, which is why I decided that I would never have a Type
44 car without European headlights.

We also used fourteen gauge wire to and from the relays, as I recall.
