[V8] Euro lights Pin out

Ron,
I sent this directly to you but don't know if you got it. (there seems to
be a very long delay on the V8 list vs the others.
did a quick pin out test on the V8 lights and the results were as follows
(looking from the rear)

      H4 low beam Positive                Hi Beam H1&H4 Pos


      City Bulb                     H1 Negative


      City bulb                     H4 Negative

Both left and right lamps were the same.  Let me know how they work.
