[V8] Timing Belt Saga 3

Slip the belt off with it as close as possible. Then take a wrench on 
the cam pulley, line it up and slip the cam lock on.
Then you can break torque on the cam pulley's, whop 'em with a brass 
hammer or block of wood to loosen them and finish the job...
