[V8] Power Steering Hose redux

There are two check valves in the pumps, but they're described by Bentley
for other Type 44 cars as being part of the brake boost system, not the
power steering. However, my Bentley for the 200q20v includes the
pump-to-bomb hose with its damper in the portion of line coming off the
pump as a factor in the operation of the steering boost system. I don't
understand that, because the bomb is plumbed to the brake booster, but
possibly the damper action plays a part in smoothing out the pressure in
the line from the pump to the steering rack. The hard line on the rack
itself also includes some sort of damper in it, according to Bentley.
