[V8] how to hold sprockets

I loosened the cam pulley bolts while the belt was still attached ... I
think I had the crank pulley lock tool in place ... 

On the other question about loosening the crank pulley bolt ... the
factory tool 2087??? Has a square hole which is sized for a 3/4" drive
... and you need it ...
