[V8] bolt on WP

I have a set of torx sockets. The T-30 (waterpump bolt head size) and
smaller are 1/4" drive. The larger ones are 3/8" drive. If you don't have
torx sockets but do have torx inserts, you can use a 1/4" drive socket that
accepts the inserts. Just not as handy as the sockets.

That bolt is the one that broke off for me. As I said, I could sneak the
torx socket past the crap that overhangs it by using an extension for my
1/4" drive ratchet. But I have to take the overhanging stuff off now to be
able to drill out the broken bolt. There are a bunch of rusty screws and
stuff there on my car, so I'm soaking it in PB blaster right now.
