[V8] TB,motor mounts,serpentine belt

Hi
I managed to remove the front of the car with some help.Now it's lying
above the other stuff I pulled out
Ended up removing the tranny cooler lines  and cut the  ties to the
cable  leading to the smaller fan.
I used some wire to suspend all this stuff.
 
Things I found:
1.	The serpentine belt is riding on the viscous fan offset as shown
in the photo.
2.	Also the motor mount on the passenger side looks broken.
 
Any advice on how to tackle these two ? (or the cause of it)
 
Tomorrow I'l try and work on TB.
