Yes, those 2 plus 4 more; there are (6) 10mm bolts + the ISV Connector + the
Temp Connector + 2 Vacuum hoses + a crankcase ventilation hose that you will
need to remove to get the throttle body assembly off of there, but it will
give you a clean shot at things.
Glad my V8 has never seen a salted road in its life... :-)

So I took off the "switch" on the end of the throttle body, hoping to gain
a clear shot at the waterpump bolt that broke off. I gained a very tiny
bit. Will the two bolts in circles here:
