[V8] ECU grounding, etc. (abridged)

Cute.  Yeah truth told I've been navigating around the TPS because, in
my experience, the TPS never needs to be adjusted.  And with other
sensors failing the output check, I think I'm looking at a more central
issue.

That said, I've checked all the other sensor outputs -- may as well
check this one as well...
