The timing belt pulley on the crankshaft is supposed to come off with the
vibration damper. Reinsert the bolts holding the damper to the pulley. If
the assembly doesn't come off with a little finger tugging, put the crank
bolt back in a couple turns loose from tight, remove two of the pulley
bolts from opposing "corners", insert longer ones that pass through some
heavy flat steel that has a sizeable threaded hole in the middle for a bolt
that can push on the crank bolt to loosen the assembly. Or use puller 3198
in place of the shop-made tool
