[V8] Finding my ECU

If you know how to remove the knee bolster you should be able to see it
outright.  If you don't know how to remove the knee bolster, you need to
remove that funky rubbery cover at the left side of the dash adjacent to
the door seal, then there's a handful of hex screws you remove to drop
the bolster.  

The ECU (&TCU for slush boxes) is attached to a bracket that is attached
above the dead pedal for your left foot.  The bracket is held in place
by two fasteners, one that goes into the left side kick panel and the
other that goes into the casting that holds the pedals ... the box is
bright and silver ... it is usually pretty difficult to miss.
