I wonder what Keith would put in it... RS6 mit DSG? Supercharged ABH mit
6gang? V10 TDI?
Well since you asked...
Color: Brilliant Black, 3 piece 17x8.5" BBS's with black centers, polished
outers.
40v 3.6, twin GT-28RS turbo's, reworked slushbox with paddle shift control
and driver selectable locking center diff, Evo spoiler w/ auto angle control,
323mm 2 piece front brakes w/Monoblock calipers, 280mm 2 piece rear brakes
w/S8 calipers.
Carbon fiber: hood, fenders, decklid, door shells, door impact brace,
bumper reinforcements, bumper skins, radiator support, headlight frames, dash
brace, pedal mounting...and anything else I could safely get away with.
Aluminum door window frames.
S-car front seats with hand build CF/aluminum frames.
Suspension mods TBD.
Electronic details can be discussed later but indash GPS is a must (thanks
Dave for loaning me the Garman...now I'm spoiled!)
Getting the idea yet??
Basically a V8, that looks like a V8 with a few well chosen mods, is
packing 6-700 hp, and weighs under 2800lbs Translation: 0-60 in the 4 second
range, 1/4 mile in the mid 10's, highway MPG over 30, comfortable to drive across
country and stealthy enough that its invisible to cars wearing flashing
lights.
I need
