I'll second that. I did the same in a bad rainstorm in OK about a year ago. 
Caused all sorts of problems, including raidio and climate control issues. 
Be sure to dry the car out well, and as soon as possible. If you leave it 
wet, it can cause corrosion pretty quickly. It's even worse if you opperate 
the electronics while wet. I'd suggest disconnecting the battery, and then 
drying it out.
