[V8] 5000tq gearbox in a V8Q?

All depends if you want to change the gearing.  Regular 200q (pre '91) and
5ktq will have wrong gearing.  You'll need something --5kq (non turbo) with
4.11 final drive.  Even then, you won't have one with a built-in trans fluid
pump... (in all likelyhood not a problem).

Which brings up something I  wouldn't mind considering:  6 speed from the
newer S4's (Not Euro nor UrS4).  Any BTDT?
