[V8] Mailing List

I am trying to figure out who to contact about the mailing list. I do 
know its possible to make it to where the list will have reply-to list 
and who it is from. I think it would be nice to have that feature insted 
of getting dupicate emails in response to things posted too. I can get 
the information on how to do it if needed I just need to know who to 
talk to. If anybody knows who to talk to please let me know. I think it 
would be very helpful to peoples mailboxes and gentler :)
