[V8] V8 rear muffler on a '89 200?

That is likely what I'll do once the rear rots out sufficiently.  Of
course the center is already gone so I'll be getting some sort of
aftermarket muffler then and possibly a small resonator in place of
the rear just to keep the sound limited a bit.
