... thanks for the admin support there Kent!  You will also find a link to 
the e-mail address for the list admin at the site Kent recommends ... it 
will look suspiciously like this one of my e-mail addresses ... ;-)

The other thing to realize is that many people use "reply all" when they 
respond ... this may result in multiple copies of messages being received 
too.  Another insidious one is when you respond to a message that is 
cross-posted to multiple lists of which you subscribe.  Frankly, I'm not 
quite sure of everything you were looking for from the original post ... I 
hope this answers your questions.

Is it really *that* big a deal to get multiple copies of messages?  I find 
the delete key dispatches them post haste ...

My recommendation to all is to trim the reply list ... to be either to the 
original poster if that is your intent, or the list only if you want to send 
your response out to all ...
