[V8] Wheel Dimensions to fit UFOs

Hey Gang - 
I've got my eye on some 17X7 inch wheels with the correct 5X112 bolt pattern and 35mm offset to replace the stock 15s that have seen better days. Plus I need tires and don't want to buy new ones for the stock wheels.

Without taking off my wheel and measuring, can anyone tell me what the minimum inner depth and diameter I need to clear the stock UFOs? 

I've looked at Jeremy's site and see a couple of 16X7s that have been used, but I don't know whether those were with UFOs or not.  Thanks as always!
