[V8] Newer Cummins Dodge - NAC

Thanks Tony- I have a 1995 Ram with the B series 12 valve engine. I belong to 
the Turbo Dodge Register, and am unaware of this problem on the 12 valve 
engine. Having said that, I am also remiss in reading the last few quaterly 
magazines which do a great job of cataloging systemic problems. I will check to see 
which years/models are affected.
