[V8] pentosin level/flickering light

There are marks for minimum and full levels on the engine side of the tank.
If you remove the air horn on that side and shine a good light on it,
you'll see the mark. The midpoint between the marks is about 3.5 inches up
from the bottom of the tank. You also can use the plunger attached to the
cap as a "dipstick". I generally keep my v8s at a mark I put on the front
of the tank with a marker pen that is about at the midpoint.
