[V8] idlle /driving problem continues

The left coil is actually easier to remove than the right!

There are two 10mm bolts near the hood alarm switch - just over the coil. These
are for the bracket that the coil bolts to. Just remove these and the whole
thing comes out. This is one of the pieces you take off to get the rack out - so
I was just there.
