[V8] Valve cover gasket

I used the rubber coated handles from two sets of channel lock
pliers and placed them down into the spark pulg holes and gently
rocked it loose.  Make sure you have removed the six acorn nuts (all
the same size) and the two hex "towers" in the center.

Hello,

I am trying to change the valve cover gaskets on my 90V8Q and don't
know where to place a tool to pry the valve covers off.  Also, the 4
screws that hold the black plastic covers over the spark plugs are
missing the plastic screwheads - do they sell the screws only or do
they sell the covers/ screws together.  Thanks for any help.
