[V8] Gauge cluster fix

I thought I had printed a copy of a thread on a V8 IC fix that involved
solder, but can't find it-this was distinctly different than the on the
200Q, and in fact it discussed a different manufacturing technique on the
boards themselves.  Is that what you're referring to here, or is my
imagination running free?  Lots of time searching the archives hasn't turned
it up.  I have some DeOxit and ProGold, but thought there was something
more.  On my car, the fuel gauge and water temp are intermittent and the
board computer is flakey.
