[V8] Chips?

I have the Intended Acceleration chip in the 5-speed (IA sells the same chip
for both the 5-speed and automatic).  Had it since '96 or '97, so it's hard
to imagine the car without it.  Seems to get into the torque band a few
hundred rpm lower (starts around 2800, really strong at 3200), and the
engine has an almost raw willingness that it didn't have before.  Before the
chip I always downshifted to pass on the highway, now I often don't.  I get
about 17 mpg with a heavy foot.  I think Ned said at the time that he raised
the fuel cutoff 500 rpm.
