Yes, it was the passenger side, and it does seem like a problem on the type 44s, since I did see it mentioned on the audiworld forums a number of times.

It was a letdown to get the front bushings done and have the car riding nice and smooth and then have that happen a couple of weeks later. 

The never ending adventure of the V8. :-)
