At the mileage, you'll want to be sure to replace the timing
belt before too long. The 3.6L cars require it every 60K miles,
so that one is almost due. And if the last one was done at half 
its age, that was 8 years ago, so it is long overdue.

From the eBay description, as for the rear windows being touchy, 
you are probably aware of the wiring in the driver's door jamb 
rubber bellows. :)
