[V8] That timing belt saga

The one closest to the thermostat is a fixed position roller. Only the on
on the outside of that has an eccentric anchoring. The orange one does
move with the compression of the little shock absorber that's supposed to
damp vibrations in the timing belt. It was failure to compress the
damper that was the main problem I encountered. Also the manual says to
install the roller with the eccentric after putting the belt in place. I'd
misread that instruction and just had the eccentric loose on its stud.
