[V8] brake pads

Yup ... BTDT myself once ... from my point of view if the pads are teh right 
shape and you successfully adapted the wear sensor connector ... pat 
yourself on the back and consider it a good day!  You can console your self 
in the knowledge that the wear sensors themselves ... i.e. *no* brake pads 
... cost as much as you paid for the brake pads with sensors!

CAVEAT:  Did you notice much of a ridge on the end of the rotor where the 
sensor is?  If so you may find the pad wear alarm going off prematurely ... 
what I did was to verify that the pads were still serviceable and jumpered 
the ends of the wire back together ...
