[V8] fuel tank... *sigh* does it ever end?

You can use it - but the ethanol attacks the tank, causing it to rust. Cars
designed for this type of fuel have plastic tanks. Actually - I think most cars
now have plastic tanks.
Ethanol also attacks some rubber parts in the fuel system, but I don't think
this is a big problem on the V8. (I could be way wrong here though) I use
ethanol blend fuel sometimes and have noticed no problems. In fact, there is
some in the tank right now.
