[V8] Engine Temp Sensor

Good morning List,

Would someone please provide me with the part number for the engine
temp. sensor that installs behind the left side distributor?  You know,
the one that if you do not change it, your brand new O2 sensor will die,
and you'll begin to get about 10 miles per gallon, you know, that one?
:-).  Anyone's help is appreciated.  Also, ballpark cost would be
appreciated as well.
